I don't know why, but I've hated mint and everything related to it all my life. And mint toothpaste has always pissed me off the most. Searching for toothpaste without mint is incredibly tedious. I just received it today and used it for the first time and I was very happy that I liked it and enjoyed the experience. I read before ordering that it tasted like lemon drop and it's definitely true. I think for some people who aren't used to mint-free toothpaste, the lack of that "minty freshness" makes them feel like their mouth isn't clean. After using it I felt like my mouth was clean. I think it's a good choice and the taste isn't strange.
