I like that they are able to help us solve problems in our community through online services as well as texting or phone calls when needed for emergencies! It is nice being connected with them during all hours of day so we can get answers quickly if need be!! They do great work providing customer service but sometimes it seems there isn't anyone available at any given time which could cause delays getting assistance from someone who does know what you're looking up about an issue - especially one where immediate response would make sense (i'm thinking specifically regarding account info).
We have been using this resource since 2010 now though not sure how many years back before then?
