I wanted to enjoy it and hoped it would improve my walks with my 50lb husky mix dog. She pulls me at least 90% of the time during our walks, leaving me feeling stressed and overwhelmed by the end of the walk. The first thing I noticed was that she didn't have a clip and was very loose in the muzzle area. I thought having this nose pillow was a great idea. The material seems durable. All that was missing was a collar on the metal ring to hook the leash on. I tried anyway and she still pulled. I was disappointed, but I knew it was the clamp. I had to look for another brand of gentle hooklink with an included clip. I think if he turned on the clamp it would change my game. Unfortunately this was the most important part of this particular product to help my dog deal with the terrible habit of pulling during our walks. I bought another Soft Leader brand that comes with a clip. My dog's pulling behavior improved immediately. This gave me confidence that the clamp is important for this type of training.
