instructions in English but grammar is not from America. Really very bad. These are guesses about what they expect from you. It doesn't work without the right application. It doesn't matter that it's long if you can't run it. The APP name referenced in the instructions does not appear in the Apple APP Store. At least not under that exact name. I think it's well built. This can take a long time, but you have to be very careful with it. It locks when extended, but not as securely as we'd like.
