Review on Blue Hilph Head Ice Pack: Reusable Migraine Relief Mask For Headaches, Puffy Eyes, Chemo Surgery & Sinus Stress! by Quintin Boner

As a chronic migraine sufferer I had high hopes for this item. An ice pack with compression that also work as an eye mask sounded amazing! Unfortunately I was left pretty disappointed. The ice pack only stays cold for maybe 10 min or less. It’s also not comfortable to lay down in when you have it wrapped around your head. The only positives were the material which is quite soft and I like that it came with a bag to store it in the freezer. I would return it but I threw away the original box it came in. I guess I’ll save it and use it as a back up. Over all I would definitely not buy it again and I do not recommend if you’re looking for something that actually offers compression and cold therapy relief.
