Doesn't work for me for computer components

I couldn't get it to work. There may be something wrong with the microphone, but I couldn't use it. I give 3 stars because I'm not sure if the product works or not. I sent it back for a refund as it didn't work for me.

Pros

Compatible with all USB enabled devices including Laptop, PC, Desktop, PS4, Xbox, Macbook and other supporting systems like Windows 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP, Mac OS X , Linux , Google Chromebook etc.
