I really couldn't be happier with this move. It's nice and long, so we use it on a pole in the yard to practice come and play fetch. I have my hands free, and since it's on a pole sticking out of the ground, it rotates and doesn't get tangled. The metal clip works great and is beautiful and durable. So far he's been rock solid for us - our pup has pushed the limit many times but he looks and feels like new. She also grabbed him with her teeth every time she tripped over him and no bite marks. You can't tell from the picture and I don't remember it being said in the description but there is a metal clip on one end and a loop on the other just like a traditional leash - I just have it on ours staked (which has its own loop at the top so it can't come loose) and it's holding up great. We leave it in any weather (rain, sun, wind as long as there is no snow) and it's still great. It's cotton so I don't know if it will break down over time but I would have no hesitation in replacing it as it's great value for money. This actually saved me as my pup seems to love playing fetch - a 10 minute bout of this tires her out enough that I can actually do things around my house without locking her in a crate. and this leash is perfect for fetch! One of the best puppy purchases I've ever made!
