I bought these to help with sculpting detail on Warhammer and Reaper miniatures, filling in gaps etc and I highly recommend them for the price. Milliput and Greenstuff in between and they work great for that. I have two main complaints. 1) The metal head of the blue-tipped tools popped out almost immediately. It's a very cheap construction (obviously considering the price) and the metal cases appear to be simply pressed in. Not a problem because when you're using the tool, but if you drop it or hit something it can bounce, which is a bit annoying. 2) The ball heads on the colored frames with white tips do not differ greatly in size. They're great for sculpting small parts, but I'd like them to grow a bit.
