Review on Valor RMS by Scott Morris

The customer service team at Valor has been amazing to work with! They are always willing to help and go above and beyond to ensure we have the support we need. I dislike that you cannot transfer calls from one dispatcher to another without having to create a new call. It would be nice if they could just transfer calls from one dispatcher to another so that we can take advantage of all the different dispatchers and still stay in one office. We are solving our problem of not being able to answer all our calls in one place.
