Short-term use in fixed radios CB

Bought one for Kenwood TS-2000, worked fine so I bought a second one and after 4 months of use the first one stopped working on UHF and after 30 days the second one stopped working. I did a normal test of the connections and radio and found this was found internally due to the cheap disc capacitors used and poor installation during production. I bought a replacement MFJ, I hope it lasts more than 3 months.

Pl-259 connectors on input wires, combined output - SO-239 connector.
