Faulty Screw Ruins My Day

This industrial and scientific screw claimed to be heavy-duty, but it was a complete disappointment. The screw didn't thread properly and the washer was too loose, causing my materials to come apart .The only pro was that the stainless steel material seemed durable. But what good is that when the screw can't even perform its basic function? Don't waste your money on this faulty item..

Requires proper installation and tightening, failure to do so may cause the eyebolt to weaken and break over time.
