This headband didn't really fit my first iPhone case (spotted grip) so I had to remove the case every time I wanted to use my headband, which was almost every day. Obviously most mistakes are very difficult to remove so I didn't enjoy my bandage as much as I had to! I ordered another iPhone case from Belkin (hard only) that goes well with this headband. I'm glad I don't have to turn the case off and put it back in after use. The headband is made out of a really nice material and I love the extra slot which I usually use for my gym locker key. He squeezes my hand, when I try to squeeze it, just look at it. All in all a nice union.
