SECRET OF SUCCESS. GREAT device!

There are many videos to understand how to set up this device, but as a mechanical engineer I found an important step that is likely to be overlooked by many people. I could make a car on youtube showing the details, here's what you need to do. After checking out the available camera and grip assembly videos, the weights are key. It turns out this is the easiest way to do it. I definitely want to have regular steel discs in addition to the weights that come with it, as this step will get you the OPTIMAL weight quickly. With the handle attached, the camera is near the center and has the lightest weight when the handle is held in the normal position. Position, rotate the camera down so the main arm is PARALLEL to the ground. Then just let go of the camera and watch it go back to vertical. The key here is to add or reduce weight until when you release the camera from the 90 degree position it should rotate back VERY SLOWLY. Once you're underweight, he won't be able to fully come back. Too much weight and it spins pretty fast. Even the smallest weight was too much for my GoPro Clone, and I ended up with about 8 medium-sized steel discs. After the camera has SLOWLY rotated back to its normal position, you can make minor adjustments to the weight portion of the main arm left, right, up, down, etc. to ensure the camera is level when you hold the handle. usually. Don't take this step lightly. The perfect weight balance makes this Roxant an excellent stabilizer.
