Two other reviews for this product mention that this mount doesn't move. That's right, if you cross reference this mount on the Daystar website you will find that it is a TJ mount but it does fit some XJs. No offset. You need the big red offset when the transmission mounted exhaust bracket is under the transmission mounting flange. The bracket listed here requires the bracket to be to the right of the flange. Another issue is that there is an alignment nipple on the mounting bracket. The bracket does not fit. You must unscrew the alignment hole for the bracket so it is flush. If this does not happen, the steering column tilts to the left. Also, don't replace the rubber mount with this one if you don't like the vibrations. This pup is relentless and transfers everything into the body. And don't forget to tighten the crossbar to the desired specification, otherwise this will cause the body to crack when the solid is flexed.
