Quality issues noted in some reviews. I've used several and had no problems. If you're experienced in soldering, you'll be in control of the heat. It only took about 3 seconds to heat up the solder connector and the plastic didn't melt. The strain relief connector is made of lightweight and soft plastic. It is literally held by 2 threads. It seems fine when carefully screwed on, but I'm sure that if too much shearing force is applied to the connector, the threads of the plastic shell will be stripped. While most electronics suppliers have more options, they typically have a minimum order quantity and additional shipping.
