The best part about dozuki was its ease of use compared with other systems we've used previously for this purpose (BMC). There were some glitches at first but they got ironed out quickly because there's nothing more frustrating than being able to train someone only to have them not know how to complete their task correctly once it goes live! We needed something simple yet powerful enough so people could understand what was required without too much hand holding involved. This has allowed us create an environment where our people feel confident performing tasks as per safety requirements rather than having to rely solely on manuals or written instructions.
