Excellent product; no indigestion like other brands. Great amino acid - I've been taking L-lysine for years and it seems to prevent cold sores, fight acne and keep my skin in good shape over time. Lysine, along with vitamin C, helps in the formation and maintenance of collagen. Because we don't make lysine or vitamin C, it's important that we get them through our diet in addition to supplements. The combination of C and lysine protects the skin and slows down the signs of aging.
