Review on 🧁 Baker's Secret Basics Nonstick Mini Muffin Pan, 24-Cup by Jeff Wieczorek

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great muffin pan

First, Revain has two entries describing this pan: one titled Product Features and the other titled Product Description. The measurements given in the product description are true. Apparently some users who bought the pan didn't notice or asked Revain to fix the discrepancy. Second, I didn't notice any sticking; I spritz VERY lightly with cooking spray. It is a fact that sticking is often observed when the batter is undercooked (it should pull back slightly from the sides of the pan when cooked through) or when the contents have not been cooled sufficiently beforehand (about 5 minutes for a muffin). tries to remove. While I can check the doneness of the dough, I find it more reliable to check the dough's elasticity in combination with the observed deduction (never "brown"). Third, the volume of the cupcake cup is 6.50 ounces. The volume of a standard muffin cup is 2.5 to 3.0 ounces (I have 3.0 ounces) according to various sources. I give in to the Texans if this pan is the size of a "Texas". However, the resulting cupcakes are slightly larger than standard cupcakes, about twice as large. If that's not enough, eat two! Finally, I find the pan to be just as strong and durable as any other cupcake pan I've used; In fact, it's similar to all of my cake pans except for Bunts, which are usually quite heavy (thick) due to their design. In short, an excellent frying pan that I am very happy with. Ed
