I don't know how to rate this. I'm not an electrical engineer.
I couldn't figure out how this damned thing worked. It didn't come with any instructions. I just wanted something with a knob I could put through a project box but this certainly wasn't it. I hooked up a 12 V DC 3A power supply to it and absolutely nothing came out the output end no matter where the dial was set.

- It was great at first, but stopped working after 3 weeks of it being on my daughters 4 wheeler.
