Image is as expected and I like that it's not ugly or boring. Initially I was happy with the quality but it shows why you shouldn't check something on the day of delivery. I've had this case for less than two months and it's already cracking. I live in a temperate climate and this thing has never been exposed to extreme temperatures or prolonged exposure to sunlight. However, in the places of the most common bend (see photo), it is already beginning to crack and break off. It causes an annoying feeling in my hands when holding the case and it only gets worse from there. That being said, it does an excellent job of holding the Kindle horizontally to watch videos and does a decent job of propping it up vertically. . Holes mean you can use the camera without removing the device, and you can listen to audiobooks with the lid closed. Most importantly, the case protects the screen and even offers drop protection.
