I live in Mexico. I bought a Rokinon AF 85mm 1.4 EF lens in early August 2020, very fast delivery. I've used it on the Canon 6TS with no problems and most of the time on the Canon RP. A few days ago I started using it with the Canon M50 and took some shots. However, I have noticed that sometimes when I turn on the M50 camera, the image on the rear LCD is blurry, it doesn't focus at all, even when I press the record button I see the letters MF despite the AF flashing on the screen Lens is activated. To have evidence of this issue, I started recording video on my cellphone and found that when using the M50 Rokkinon lens, the EF sensor backlight stays on even when the camera is off. Because of this, the camera will drain the battery in 1 day without using. I emailed the Rokinon but just said it's not fully compatible with the M-50. A few months later I started using it again with the 6TS and encountered the same focus issues, this camera doesn't require an adapter. Now I'm also having issues with focusing when using RP. All 3 cameras work great with Canon lenses. Conclusion: This is an unreliable lens. Cheaper than the Canon 85mm but I get less performance.
