So we needed some new filters for our LG fridge and came across this gem. I live somewhere in Las Vegas and if you've ever lived or visited here you'd know that the tap water doesn't taste very good. So I took a gamble on this product and to my surprise, it works really well and makes the water much more tolerable. actually I enjoy drinking everyday now. The installation was very easy, just make sure you pull the cartridge try all the way down so the old cartridge pops out easily and do the reverse for installation. It takes several gallons of water to flow through it till it reaches its optimal working condition. I highly recommend this product.
