I want to give this product 5 stars. It's quiet and heats up well, shutting off at temperature. However, I have two blocks and one plug melted because it was plugged into an extension cord. I didn't realize it couldn't be in an expansion until I read further. The warning not to use an extension cord should be formulated much more directly before use. So I have to replace the connector as it has melted a bit. On the second block I started making noise as the fan hit something. Upon opening the grille I found that the fan was somehow hitting the grille and needed spacers to keep it from hitting it. I'm not sure if something broke that allowed the fan to touch the grille. In general, this product is good until problems arise. This calls for better workmanship and a very clear warning not to use extension cords lest you cause a fire.
