The ease of use for both new users as well as seasoned professionals in our organization has been fantastic! We have had no issues or problems since we implemented it 5 months ago. I would highly recommend this product because their support team has been great so far. It's not perfect but they are working hard at getting us up & running quickly (at least that what i am hearing from them)!! If there was anything missing - nothing yet. Their customer service can't be beat by any other vendor out here! Our office manager / scheduler now does all scheduling online instead of paper/electronic files which saves time and money each month! This program allows me access anytime anywhere via my phone while still being able to edit documents within minutes after logging back into the system.
