That saved our lives. Literally. We had a very restless rescue dog and it was very difficult for her. She barked all the time, kept scratching and biting herself, fell on the floor. She was so scared and nothing could calm her down. Then we found the Thunderbolt. It calmed her down so much! She went from constant fear to real calm, relaxing on the couch and even going to the dog park. When Thunderbolt was on her, she was a brand new dog. Since we bought our original Thundershirt we have bought 3 new ones. Each lasted us for about 6 months (that's with constant use). Although it says to only use a certain number of hours, we used almost 24/7. It worked for us and we never had any problems. We went to the bathhouse to wash the shirt and when she went to the hairdresser. I think for the price 6 months was a good time and I was happy with the quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to help an uptight dog! The only downside was that the velcro got stuck in it and it was very difficult to pull it out. I don't know how this could have been avoided but I'll say it was worth the money, saved a life and I highly recommend it!
