A car camera from WOLFBOX's online store was the worst buy I've ever made. To begin with, it took two extra weeks than originally anticipated to receive the camera. I called customer support to ask what was taking so long, but they were rude and unhelpful. I was dismayed to discover that the camera had problems after I eventually received it. I tried contacting customer support once more, and this time they ignored my messages entirely. I tried calling and sending numerous emails without success. After waiting for WOLFBOX to respond for weeks, I sent back the camera. Unfortunately, the return procedure was a major hassle. It took more than a month to get my money back because the business was unhelpful and unresponsive. Overall, I was very disappointed with WOLFBOX, and I would not suggest them to anyone. The quality of their goods and assistance to customers is extremely low.
