Review on 🍃 Caldrea Dish Soap: Biodegradable Liquid with Soap Bark & Aloe Vera, Gilded Balsam Birch Scent - 16 oz (Packaging Varies) by Ashley Jones

This item was counterfeited. I have been a Caldrea customer for over 10 years. I usually shop right in front of them, but they ran out of the dish soap I use, so I turned to Revain. I've learned a lesson in trusting sellers other than Revain, so I figured I could avoid trouble by buying direct from Revain. When the dish soap arrived it was wrapped in a plastic bag and about half a cup spilled out. Flag 1. The spout was covered with tape. Note 2. When I removed the cap, I felt raised pinholes in the bottle's seal. Flag 3. I rinsed the bottle and held it to the light and clearly saw 3 punctures. I contacted Revain and they sent me a replacement with exactly the same results. The soap itself is VERY soapy and almost odorless. I use Caldrea because it's gentle on my hands and the material dries them out after the first use. Write it down as a lesson learned. I am attaching some photos of the holes. You can see there is no soap in the bottle either. 😳😳
