For the price I bought ($15) I was able to restore wireless on my laptop after the wireless card/switch broke. Pros: - The adapter is tiny (like the nano receiver you get with some Logitech mice). Thanks to its compact size, I could stick it in the back of my laptop and forget about it. The speed is decent, at least for normal web browsing and video watching. I wouldn't use this for anything that requires maximum performance. Meh: - Yes, you have to install the drivers from the CD, but it was easy and not really a big problem. However, for computers without a CD drive, you may need to go to the Belkin website on another computer, download the drivers to a flash drive, and install them from there. Disadvantages: none.
