Better Back's battery won't hold a charge

Bought a Better battery for my Shark Navigator Freestyle on the 29th October 2019. The first few months it held a charge, now after 3 months it works for two or three minutes and after a full charge it stops. The return window closed on January 31, 2020. Today 02/06/2020 Update 02/07/2020 - The seller will honor the 6 month warranty and send a replacement battery.
