The most useful feature we have found so far has been with its reporting capabilities through their dashboard tool that allows us to keep track of what data was requested by our clients/customers vs how much they received when submitting it (both total amount).
It seems like every time there's an update or change made regarding security standards in Canada/Ontario etc., this new version will be updated at some point which makes sense but can sometimes take longer than expected due from changes being implemented internally before getting released externally. We use it mainly within Legal Affairs department where one would think you'd get more specific details rather then just receiving "it looks good". However once again - I don't feel any major issues are currently present nor do i foresee them unless things drastically become outdated sooner as stated above, hence why my recommendation may not seem perfect overall for.
