This monitor mount is easy to assemble and install. Once set with the correct tension, your monitor will stay in place without the need for constant adjustment, even if you accidentally hit it. I needed them as my desk is quite deep so I bought 2 of these individual monitor mounts and they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend this mount. A note, to access the tension screw to adjust the height of the monitors you will need to assemble the bracket. then before attaching the monitor you must press firmly on the extension before you can access the adjustment screw. during shipping.
