Not your father's welding helmet

They've taken a leap forward in making these things. Before school, my father worked as a welder in a shipyard. He also had a welder at our house which luckily he got and it was cheap. And some welding helmets (we called them masks). They weren't comfortable to wear. You couldn't really see things very well. And there was a limited field of view. So I was amazed when I tried this welding helmet. Times have definitely changed. It's more convenient. protective. I can better distinguish real colors from other objects. And the digital display is amazing. Full Disclosure: I do not work in a factory or shipyard. Never worked around. So if you plan on wearing these for a long time, you better read the testimonials of the welders in the profession. This is just a helmet that we use on our land from time to time when we need to weld something. It meets our requirements, so we're happy with it. Just wanted to clarify that I can't say how well you'll do with one of these if you plan to use it for hours every day. But I would order another one.
