Great for Gas Ovens - Pizza Pans and Stones
Use this in an RV gas oven for anything that can be cooked on a stone. This helped the bistro distribute gas heat evenly. I found it fairly easy to clean. My only concern is that I had one that ripped after 3 uses. This one is holding up great, believe me I just got a defect the first time. I want it again!
