Parents, please read the ingredients carefully!

I hate writing negative reviews but I think I should warn parents. Unfortunately, I gave this to my child for a full month before realizing that one of its ingredients is polysorbate 80. I'm a first time mom so I didn't know anything but please always read the ingredients in any product that goes into your child's mouth. . My stupid pediatrician recommended this to me. Please do your own research on Polysorbate 80 and then decide whether or not you want to use this product. I was shocked when I found out (polysorbate 80 is used as an emulsifier). Pharmaceutical industry to improve delivery of chemicals/drugs from blood to brain across the blood-brain barrier (BBB) Because the BBB is impermeable to many substances in the bloodstream, researchers had to find a way to transport chemicals/drugs. Drugs from the bloodstream to the brain to treat hard-to-reach brain infections/lesions/tumours, etc. Polysorbate 80 is one such chemical that helps with this delivery.) There's a reason we have the BBB to prevent toxins from entering the blood into our brain. So I don't know how comfortable I feel using a product designed to deliver toxins to the brain. In any case, as a breastfeeding mother, you need to give your child vitamin D, so look for a product without this ingredient. I found another vitamin on Amazon that only takes one drop, can be applied directly to the nipple before breastfeeding, and is all natural ingredients.

Pros
  • HOW TO USE: Can be applied directly to baby's cheek or mixed with any formula or milk
Cons
