Review on 🐱 Fussie Cat Super Premium Formula in Gravy: Grain-Free Wet Cat Food, Case of 24 - 2.82 oz Cans by Daniel Shivashankar

I buy it because of its low ash content, but 2 cats eat it at times

I have 2 cats that insist on this canned food. They love gravy, but will eat carrots, peas (the previous cat used frozen peas for kitchen football), and potato chunks. Cats are carnivores and cannot be made vegan. However, the food is low in ash, and for a boy who has had two different types of bladder stones, this is important. However, the cubs sometimes eat sparingly (thus the food is wasted) and steal food from the chicken and beef foie gras which the two cats prefer. Not sure if it's due to handling (something wrong with the glass) or how it's handled during shipping (overheating?). In any case, the boys insist, but sometimes turn up their noses, even though everyone greedily and consistently eats the Unusual Feast. If you can find this locally, it will at least eliminate possible overheating during transit. If I didn't have a boy with bladder stones I wouldn't spend money on this meal. Some of the hypoallergenic prescription pet foods I've had to use for cats with allergies are made with peas or potatoes (mixed with dry food so it doesn't look nasty) - these foods can make it difficult to find an alternative food for your cats that become allergic . I'm thinking of sauce ingredients (which boys love) as I think cats get very little, if any, veggies.
