I've used several of these to add Bluetooth to systems that either don't have it or have had their own BT capabilities bugged. Plug it in but you need special driver set like Windows 10 DETECT and install PnP driver set but they don't work properly. I used the same drivers from last year, just update them through device manager and then they work fine. UPDATE September 3, 2021: I'm corrected. This new version is indeed PnP and after further testing, NO driver is required for Windows 10 to work as the latest version of Windows 10 installs the correct native drive as of August 2021. by mail so that it is started and connected to the headphones. 5/5
