I needed napkins for our caravan and as you can imagine the table is much smaller than the living room table. I tried cutting another set of mats but they didn't last very long because the stitching broke from the cutting. I looked for other options and measured my space carefully. These felted placemats would fit perfectly, but I wasn't sure I'd like them. I didn't have to worry as the rugs are really pretty and add rich depth to my table. I also use coasters as they are lightweight but reliably protect surfaces from rings. I don't use cutlery bags. Carpets are beautiful, durable, easy to care for and functional. I 100% recommend adding them, how many times can you say that?
