I like it. Fill with water and ice before bed. The water is still cold all night and when I get up in the morning. I also use it for walking and jogging. I leave it in the car when I come back, the water is still so cold and good. My training partners always want to pour my water into their mouths because it's still cold. I keep telling them to buy one. But they still try to carry regular plastic water bottles and then get frustrated when we return to the car thirsty and their water is too warm and the ice has melted. I wear it everywhere, even from room to room in my house. It stays close, as does my cell phone.
