Ok, I like this neck massager. It works amazing. I soaked my neck with a damp towel before wrapping it around my neck (per the instructions) and turning it on. Various massage modes/styles are available. You can add warmth and change the intensity. It gets really intense when you increase the intensity. In fact, my neck hurt for several hours because I wasn't used to it. Nozzles for dozens of units were bad. I don't recommend them. Only one of the two worked, and it barely worked. It actually drained all of the energy from the neck massager, making it very dull and light. I give one star for that. I would still recommend the neck massager alone.
