They work well and are the only ones I could find to match our hood vent lights across our range. They should replace the halogen bulbs they get so hot. glad to have her instead. None of the other G9s would fit in the small space. The low and high settings don't work anymore, but I'm still glad they don't get as hot. I ended up getting a warm version of these as they were too blue compared to the day color.
