OK Ladies "I'm 5'6" tall. 118 pounds. I wear a 31 inseam (31 1/2 goes). Hips: 36. Waist 28. Small fit well. Not too tight and has some room around my hips and waist. The length is perfect for me. The belt goes below the navel but not too low that I feel like they're falling off. I needed pants for around the house and for the occasional errand, and I used well-known brands but turned them down because of the price and quality. I would definitely buy more of these. If you have slightly larger hips and waist than me, you should be fine. But probably only an inch or two I'd say. If you are slimmer they may not fit you as they don't stretch much and the small ones can be too bulky. Waistband measures approximately 3 inches, leg circumference = 15 inches. I was worried they were too "soft" (bootleg) but the material is sticky and tends to caress the ankle.
