The best customer service in Japan! They are always ready to answer any questions I have about their products. It is difficult sometimes finding english versions of information because some things (e.g. user manual) only mention japanese terms by themselves so you can never really find the correct translation easily when talking with someone over an internet chat or something like that. Also sometimes if my Japanese skills aren't perfect they will ask me what I meant instead, which just gets confusing considering it's probably not actually asking for clarification but simply taking its own time getting back to my question without answering it. If you want a reliable provider/company in JAPAN get this one! Customer support in Japanese language and very friendly staff as well. We were looking for more data packages and we could choose between 3-4 plans but all 4 was too expensive compared I like how easy the app is to use. It's simple and easy to navigate. The only downside is that you need to have internet access in order to use it. I am using this app for my work. I am able to check messages and emails through this app while at work. This makes life easier! I also enjoy being able to keep track of my personal finances with this app.
