Very good experience dealing directly overseas

The best customer service in Japan! They are always ready to answer any questions I have about their products. It is difficult sometimes finding english versions of information because some things (e.g. user manual) only mention japanese terms by themselves so you can never really find the correct translation easily when talking with someone over an internet chat or something like that. Also sometimes if my Japanese skills aren't perfect they will ask me what I meant instead, which just gets…

  • Great coverage even here where i live far out from major cities.
  • )Easy login process , no problems logging into phone line etc.No hassle whatsoever !I would recommend highly :)
