Great Epson salt at a great price! I use it for detox baths for me and my kids when we catch a cold. It stops the cold right in its path! The snot improved significantly or disappeared completely the next day! My son said he had a sore throat and I gave him a detox bath with this Epson salt and he never complained of a sore throat or runny nose again! For children (up to 60 pounds), add 1/2 tbsp. Epson salt, 1/4 cup baking soda, and 1-2 tsp. Place ginger (yes, baking ginger) in a water bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. For children weighing 61 to 100 pounds, increase Epson's salt to 1 teaspoon, baking soda to 1/2 teaspoon, and 1 to 2 teaspoons ginger. For children over 100 pounds and for adults, use 2c. Epson salt, 1 tbsp. baking powder and 2 tsp. Ginger. The hotter the water, the better. You will feel much better the next day!
