The product is excellent, consistent with Samsung products. 1 star rating for the seller. I have ordered 2 of these items. Only 1 came. I had to ask them to ship a second item and it took quite a while for this to happen. They said the packages had been mixed up and asked the other customer to return the second item as they only bought 1. I said I didn't want to return the item as I bought a new one and was assured that would not happen. When the second monitor arrived, the corner of the pad seemed to pop out as if someone had previously removed the pad. It snapped back slightly, but then I also noticed a defect on the screen. I can only imagine how long it will take and the difficulties I must go through. Buy it from another seller.
