The support is amazing, they have helped me solve all my queries related to this product with great ease! I would highly recommend their services for any business that needs excellent customer service at an affordable price point- you will not be disappointed! Nothing so far as i can see :). They are very professional but also down right friendly which makes working together enjoyable (and productive!) The best thing about this tool is that it has an excellent UI, which makes creating releases easy and intuitive for anyone who doesn't have any technical knowledge to use this software. It also provides support for different languages as well. I do not think there are anything negative about this product. This is one of the most used tools for releasing new features or products by our organization. We create multiple types of releases like Release Notes, Knowledge Base articles, etc using this tool.
