I recently got an Asus Strix 3090 for gaming and mining and also bought a Corsair water block. With the original air solution on the card, my junction temperature was 92 degrees Celsius, which is slightly higher than I would like. After installing a Corsair water block and backplate and adding a slim 120mm fan on the backplate, my memory junction temperature dropped to 80-82C depending on room temperature. Now with this cooler. I stuck on the strips of double sided thermal tape I had on hand, placed the heatsink directly on the back over the memory slots, and placed a thin 120mm fan on top, and now my junction temperature has dropped to 76 degrees! Very happy with the radiator. Although it's a little smaller than I like, it does a great job of keeping my card cool.
