It was so easy to use I didn't even need an installation guide. I was able to just plug it into my USB port and my computer installed it. I was able to make and receive calls in just a few seconds. The sound was crystal clear; I didn't have to turn up the volume to hear the client. I no longer receive complaints about background noise. I no longer have to speak very loudly to be heard. The cord is long enough for my sit-stand desk and I can walk around without fear of being pulled to my desk. Most people can store good things, but I'm clumsy with how everyone tidies up. If I break this headset I will love it enough to buy another one. The best investment!
