Cheap plastic that breaks into lots of sharp pieces of glass.

Cheap plastic. At first I was excited about my purchase. I then watched and taught my daughter who is in 4th grade how to change the feeder and it just slipped out of her hands and shattered into over a dozen sharp pieces of glass as she dropped from a height of 3 feet was dropped. I was lucky to be there otherwise she would have sustained several severe/deep lacerations. She grabbed one piece and was easy to hand cut. Do not purchase the product if the plastic is exposed to sunlight. It destroyed the plastic in less than 90 days of purchase.
