Thought I was saving some money and was frustrated when I paid. This tape is about twice as thin as 3M tape and only breaks when you don't want it to. I use masking tape for everything but painting, including 3D printed surfaces, laser cut wood surfaces, and to mask sections of the guitar neck while I work on the frets. I bought two 3 inch rolls and regret it every time. It regularly refuses to come off the roll as a whole piece, so I've dealt with a lot of vertical breaks, and then when I want to tear a piece off horizontally it refuses to clean it up. This is just terrible. If I used this to mask painted surfaces I'd be even more disappointed. Please buy another brand and save yourself the hassle.
